Do I need gym membership?

No. I do recommend using weights however this program includes both gym & at home workouts

Do I need to be a runner?

No. It’s beginner-friendly 😃

How long are the workouts?

Around 30–45 minutes

What if i don't like recipes?

No worries, there is 100's of recipes in the app for you to choose from

For vegans, vegetarians & meat eaters

Is this in person challenge?

No. The challenge can be done anywhere in the world.
