FAQ's

Q1: I’ve tried other programs before and failed. Why will this be different?

This isn’t just a program it’s a psychology-driven identity shift. We eliminate self-sabotage and teach you how to run even when you don’t feel like it.

Q2: What if my goal is not weight loss?

That's okay! We will make sure you are eating enough so you can focus on performance. Make sure to mention it in the questionnaire after signing up.

Q3: What kind of support do I get during the program?

You’ll have access to weekly live calls "Mindset Monday" where you can ask Jacinta in real time any questions you have. You will also have access to the FEARLSS Private Facebook community where you can ask questions or share videos or your workouts anytime & the team will be there to answer you're questions.

Q4: What happens after the 8 weeks?

After 8 weeks you will go onto the Fearlss subscription where you will have access to everything you had access to during the 8 weeks so you can keep progressing with your goals. You can cancel the subscription any time after the 8 weeks

Q5: What if I don't like the recipes?

You can swap out meals you don't enjoy for meals you do enjoy.

Q6: Can I achieve a half/full marathon in 8 weeks

If you already have a solid running base and no injuries, yes it’s possible. But for most people, especially beginners, we recommend 14–20 weeks to build up safely, avoid injuries, and feel strong on race day. A longer prep time sets you up for long-term success, not just one finish line.
